At LF Lounge VIP, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury fashion purchase. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original condition with all tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your LF Lounge VIP account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your authorization code.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, dust bags, and security seals remain intact.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel, covering any previous delivery markings.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
